TIPS -- Since the door mat is packed by being folded up, it’s normal that the mat arrives with creases. To remove the creases, we recommend put the mat in water on 40°C for 10 mins and the PVC backing will temporarily soften slightly, then quickly remove it and put it directly on floor. After a few days' use, the fold marks will disappear completely.
